Mingin'! Is the statue of Dr John Snow. Um, Um, Um was released by the Ummers, and George Washington is the one with the wooden false teeth. Not a lot of folk know that. Hotboy p.s. Is it a money prize?
I say!
Close, but all completely incorrect I'm afraid.

I didn't notice any small print - does the best guess win?

The statue is Sir Michael Faraday outside The Savoy Hotel in London, inventor of the Krispy-Kreme ring donut.
I say Parkerilla! Not only are you a dab hand at wrestling tigers, but you are also correct in your answer!
The statue is indeed Faraday. Quite appropriate for him to sit outside the headquarters of the IET.
